when I stand I have been getting really dizzy and light headed?

It has been going on for about 4 days. I'll be laying down and when I stand up I get light headed and dizzy. When this happened I have to stop walking cause I feel like i'm gonna fall over. I have been trying to stay at 1,000 or under calories lately.

Do you think it's my diet or lack of vitamins. Please help whats wrong?
i'm not sick
and it only happens after I have been laying down
I usually do get around 1200 calories though, I jsut try to stay under 1000 but it usually ends up being more.
I dont see how i'm anorexic
I never really skip meals
I always have breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks when I hungry there just healthy things
