Whenever I see questions such as this I always give a little sigh.. It's good that you are interested in lighting and you are looking to buy equipment to further pursue and improve your photography...
... But what you have linked to is sheer junk.
Every time I see a link that is to 'eBay' I know what I am going to see, a cheap, crappy lighting rig that some sucker will buy and then realize soon that they should have saved their money and bought better.
I have a saying... 'You buy cheap, you buy twice'.
It scares me a little that they are calling that setup 'professional' and they even make a point (with a big red arrow) that it comes with a FUSE!!.. WOW!!!...
Seriously though, avoid this cheap crap, save your money and buy better. It will give you better results and last a hell of a lot longer than what you linked to. In fact here is a tip.. Don't buy kits like that off eBay, they are always junk.
