How does the digital photo cd work?

I see digital photo backgrounds and I was wondering is it hard to create a photograph with the digital

I have some CDs of digital photo backgrounds. You have to be able to use a software program such as Adobe Photoshop to remove a subject from one photo and drop it into the new background photo. It does take time and skill and knowledge and practice to be able to do it well.
