Party Birthday
What are good party favors and centerpieces for a 60th birthday party?
I am throwing a surprise 60th birthday party for my mom. The color scheme is pink, black and white. The restaurant is a Scottish-themed place, so I don't have to worry to much about decorations. I don't want to take away from the ambiance of the restaurant.
I need ideas for the centerpieces and party favors/giveaways. My mom likes to drink tea, eat chocolate and nuts. She also collects Barbies and is very religious (Catholic).
Please help!
Small house plants and candy coated almonds would be nice. You can get little favor boxes for the almonds and make cute gift wrapped boxes of them with a dainty ribbon on each. You can tie ribbon around the plants to decorate them also. Both are very inexpensive but nice for most everyone.
