Hop Backdrop
I want to plan the Chicago event of a lifetime? I need advice!!!!!!!!!!!?
I dont want the party to take place until late summer early fall. Me and one of my girlfriends want this to be a very classy, semi-formal event with an hip hop/urban backdrop. The thing is..I need ideas about venues, and decorations. ...I think I want to go with an all black or black and white dress code.
Second question:
I know sometiems at events...liquor and food are donated or something..or you can get a really cut rate discount..In what instances is this possible. I know I want champagne present as well as other alchohol so I dont know how to go about that either..All REPLYS ARE WELCOME

Why would you need the food and liquor donated? What you want to do will be expensive. You should hire an event planner to assist you. He/she will also help you in cutting costs, and still having a nice party.
