Flash Sync

is it possible to sync a USB flash drive with a folder in windows explorer?
I have a flash drive that i would like to keep up to date with My Documents folder. I know I could do it manually, but I am constantly changing things, and i would love to have it done automatically when i plug in my flash drive. Is this possible?
P.S. I have Windows Vista
That's a tough one. There isn't one quick and easy way to do that, but you could use My Documents redirection to get part of the way there. What you do is go into the Properties of the My Documents folder and change the path to your flash drive. When the lfash drive was plugged in, it would save things in My Documents there automatically. Now for the times when the drive wasn't plugged in, I believe you would have to setup Offline Files, so there would be a local copy of your My Documents saved on the hard drive.
That might not seem 100% clear, but that will put you on the right (write) path.
Good luck
