How can some one make strobe lights from home? Or make flash lights flicker?
Me and my friend are not very technical, so how do you make strobe lights from home? easily and fast?
Strobe lights work on high voltage. If you are not technical, I would not fool around with that, since you can get a nasty shock. You make flash lights flicker by sliding the switch from on to off repeatedly.
