How can you have 1 MC rotate toward another MC using Flash with AS2?

How can you have one Movieclip rotate towards another Movieclip using Flash with Actionscript 2? If you are going to give a link, make sure that it is relevant.
I mean, i want one MC that is an ememy in my game to "look" at the hero by rotating towards the hero.

This is the code I used for one of my games. I don't understand the math, but it works.

adjside = mc1_mc._x-mc2_mc._x;
oppside = -1*(mc1_mc._y-mc2_mc._y);
angle = Math.atan2(oppside, adjside);
angle = Math.round(angle/Math.PI*180);
mc2_mc._rotation = -1*(angle);

change "mc2_mc" to the movieclip name you want to rotate and change "mc1_mc" to the movieclip name you want "mc2_mc" to rotate towards.
