Disc Photography

Tax on photography services?
If a photographer were to take photos of your family, only to edit them and place them on a disc for you to take elsewhere and get prints, should they charge tax on that? If so, would the tax apply to the actually disc itself, or the $185 you were charged for her to take the pics and edit them?
er its not tax, youre paying for their labour, and skills. (just like a plumber)
185 seems steep, but I'm in England, so what do i know? (here is 95 quid)
they invested in a camera, and took years to learn their trade, they bought a PC to edit your images, and present them cropped and adjusted on a CD... for you to print, or not... (so they get no extra income off prints etc)
on examination it seems a fair enough price. point is are you happy with them? do you feel you got what you paid for?
here in England you'd pay VAT at 17.5% on top of the bill.
