Why is it that I'm unable to write my photo's onto disc when the wizard comes up it just goes into freeze mode?

The photos have transferred from my camera alright and I can see them on the screen but cannot copy them to cd??? Strange!

What software do you use. If you're using windows software, I don;t know what's wrong. Try using a free cd/dvd burner such as:
