perhaps the reader should know how hard it is in the world of 'work' for adults. think of what people need.. knowledge yes, but also motivation to do well, ability to follow directions, ability to hold anger or dislike from coworkers.... ability to socialize pretty much i would say.

u can talk about networking too! and ability vs charisma and confidence, etc. so much!! good luck
