how much would a pretty big tattoo cost me. I'm looking to get a arm holding a necklace?

I'm 15 years old my mom and dad said i could get one if i paid for it. Its gonna say JCL and a gold chain connecting it. I got this after i graduated from grade school. Its to remember my grandpop. i want the tattoo so i can remember him even more. thanks

I mean, it depends on exactly how big you're going for. Most places are going to charge by the hour, and good tattoo artists are going to cost around $150/hr.

Also, not many tattoo shops will tattoo minors under 16, if they tattoo minors at all. No matter what the actual legality may be, most really top of the line shops will not tattoo anyone under the age of 18. Keep that in mind. Depending on the state you're in, it could be completely illegal anyway. Just be careful about picking out a shop, and don't sacrifice sanitation and quality of work just because the good shops won't tattoo you until you're 18. It's better to wait and get a really good tattoo at a good shop than get one now and have to have it reworked or removed later.
